Author and nutritionist Robin Miller will be teaching a class based on recipes from her latest bestselling book, Robin Takes 5, today at Central Market. Miller is the host of Food Network’s Quick Fix Mealsand has more than 15 years of experience in preparing nutritional meals for the family.
The class features recipes that have less than 500 calories per serving and use less than five ingredients. Recipes include creamy roasted butternut squash soup with pumpkin seeds, garlic-parmesan sticks, artichoke-parmesan-stuffed tilapia and gingerbread tiramisu.
