62nd Annual Holiday Parade Presented by H-E-B

The holiday season is ushered into Houston by the 62nd Annual Holiday Parade Presented by H-E-B. This year’s parade includes musical performances by Booboo Stewart, who plays Seth Clearwater in the Twilight Saga film series, singing a duet with his sister Fivel, and hip-hop artist Pit Boss. The nearly 400,000 parade-goers expected to line the streets will also see elaborate floats and local and national marching bands. And the fun doesn’t stop there, the Texans Cheerleaders, Houston Rockets Power Dancers, and other colorful, entertaining groups also will be marching. Of course, everything closes out with Santa Claus riding on the last float, officially opening the Christmas season.
