Gulf Coast families have flocked to Moody Gardens for the annual Festival of Lights for a decade now, with each year getting bigger — and brighter! There are more than a million lights spread over 100 animated holiday displays, each with its own sounds and music. Families wander the outdoor trail (easily walkable for young kids), stopping along the way to enjoy strolling carolers and other live entertainment. Other holiday features, including the Snow Zone, Christmas movies, Holiday Gift Market, and Imagine Christmas: A Holiday Musical Dinner and Show, are nearby, as are the regular Moody Gardens attractions.
