Cole Porter’s Great American Songbook

Cole Porter is an American musical version of Oscar Wilde. His lyrics have always danced the line between lighthearted frivolity and brilliant sexual innuendo. The bright airiness of his compositions masked the incredible complexity and depth of his musical talent. The Houston Symphony’s presentation of Cole Porter: The Great American Songbookwill bring Porter’s magic to life with vocalists Jennifer Hope Wills and Ryan Silverman.
