2013 Chevron Houston Marathon and Aramco Houston Half Marathon (& 2013 ABB 5K)

Two Ethiopians took home top honors (and new course records) during last year's Chevron Houston Marathon, Tariku Jufar (2:06:51) and Alemitu Abera (2:23:14). Those times might be challenged during the 2013 Chevron Houston Marathon and Aramco Houston Half Marathon (& 2013 ABB 5K), when some of the world's best marathoners hit the downtown Houston streets. The single-loop marathon has been called the ''fastest winter marathon'' and the ''second fastest marathon overall'' by the Ultimate Guide to Marathons. On Saturday, it's the ABB 5K and related fun. On Sunday, it's the marathon and half-marathon.
