An Evening with Adam Carolla and Dennis Prager features an unscripted Q&A session with the audience. We’re just guessing here, but we think Carolla’s recent remarks about men being funnier than women might come up. Known as a guy’s guy, Carolla’s been taking some heat for his comments to the New York Post, including his saying that “chicks” are always the least funny on sitcom writing staffs.

Carolla will be sharing the stage with über-conservative commentator Dennis Prager for an evening of unscripted conversation. The two have been on tour taking their somewhat opposing viewpoints to live audiences around the country. This odd pairing is actually a natural fit. Both men have their own radio/Internet shows and were big fans of one another prior to the tour. The first portion of the show features an open dialogue between the two on topics ranging from family to religion, politics and everything in between. While there is some repetition in topics from show to show, the conversation is always fresh, all off the cuff. “It’s not like we’re doing a bit,” Carolla says. 8 p.m. House of Blues, 1204 Caroline.
