Chef Scott Castell of Saltgrass Steakhouse returns to prepare unbelievable fare, each offering incorporating one of Saint Arnold’s products. Expect gourmet entrées like beef tenderloin tips in drunken mushroom gravy over red, white and bleu potatoes.
