At the time of her death, writer Willa Cather clearly instructed that her letters not be published, as a way to let her work speak for itself. That was more than 65 years ago and now the letters have become available. Today author and editor Janis Stout signs and discusses her new book, The Selected Letters of Willa Cather. Almost 100 letters from Cather, covering the time from the 1880s to World War II, are collected in the book, painting a new picture of the woman many consider one of America's best writers ever.
