The Houston International Festival is still a few months away, but that doesn't mean we can't get the party started a little early with Mega Baile con Bombón. The event’s tag line is ''Houston's ultimate tropical dance party supersized!'' It’s all that; it's also a fund-raiser benefiting both the HIF, slated for next spring, and the 63rd Annual Holiday Parade coming up in November. Music in all the latest Latin styles, including baile funk, reggaeton, moombahton and salsa, will be provided courtesy of DJs Gracie Chavez, Navó, OG Bobby Trill and Panchitron, along with La Comadre Mel. Of course, since this party benefits HIF and this year the festival spotlights Brazil, there will be a performance by Brazilian dancers on the program. 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Houston Festival Foundation Warehouse, 3603 Clinton Drive.
