Mercury's Spring Concerto takes the idea of wine pairing to a new level. In a unique combination of live music, food and wine, Antoine Plante, Mercury's founder and artistic director, has collaborated with Triniti Restaurant's Executive Chef Ryan Hildebrand to pair an eight-course meal with a series of concertos. This performance is the third installment in a four-part series of collaborations between Mercury and Triniti, each marking the release of Triniti's seasonal menu. Forty percent of the proceeds from the evening benefit Mercury's educational programs.
