''Even though it focuses on elected officials, this movie is really not about politics,'' says Pride Houston's Frankie Quijano. ''It's about people in the LGBT community trying to come up through the ranks and all the different barriers that get placed in front of them.'' Houston Mayor Annise Parker and Municipal Judge Phyllis Randolph Frye appear in the film, along with national legislators Tammy Baldwin, Barney Frank and others.
