For some, a circus is all about animal tricks, clowns and calliope music. At Cirque Imagination's RUCKUS, it's all about aerial silk routines and acrobatics. The group normally show-cases spectacles for private corporate events, but this weekend at the Stafford Center they'll be going in front of John Q. Public. The 90-minute show takes place as high as 21 feet above the ground. The set is hung with lush, beautiful fabrics that the acrobats use for their tricks. Colorful characters test their skills with aerial displays and creative juggling routines, while contortionists tangle themselves up in strange and dumbfounding ways.
