I had a pretty good appetizer here (brie and portabello crepes), but the entrees were sad. My wife had a steak, and I tried the tofu. Both sucked, and would have sucked at half the price. Yuppies ruin everything because they apparently can't taste anything.

New fun place to meet people...not for kids.

I loved this place since I moved here in 2003. The brunch is one of my favorite. My friend and I have been to Benjy's four times over the last three weeks. Last Friday (4/17/2009) we went again for dinner and Happy Hour on the 2nd floor lounge area. I ordered the Blood Orange Margarita. The first two was great. The taste of the 3rd margarita was way too sweet. Therefore, I had sent it back and ordered a different drink. I saw my waitress put a new straw and a piece of new lime into margarita drink I just sent back. The 2nd floor assistant manager is a wonderful man; he always helps the waitress out by taking drinks to customer. He took my sent back margarita to the patio customer. Needless to say, I was upset to see that with my friends. I loved this place and I cannot believe the waitress recycled my drink to others. I spoke to the assistant manager and he said that he will talk to the waitress. Two minutes later, the assistant manager came back and told me that the waitress did not recycle the drink. And Himself, saw the bartender made THE “blood orange margarita drink”. NOW, the assistant manager is trying to cover the waitress mistake. However, if the assistant manger actually saw the bartender made the drink. WHY should he even need to talk to the waitress about the drink??????? He should know the drink was made fresh, because he saw when it made.. Right??!!! LIE…HE was lying!!! Needless to say, I will not be going back to that restaurant as they have lost my trust.
