This pub is a great addition to the Rice Village, especially for late-night dining. In addition to Guinness and lots of other draft beers, the place has an extensive menu that ranges from typical pub fare to more elegant offerings like curry pork medallions and roasted corned beef and cabbage. There’s a roomy outdoor patio, live bands play on weekends, and it tends to get crowded. Expect to see lots and lots of singles.

The King of All Kings

The mini cheeseburger from the appetizers section of the menu is the best deal in the Village. You get a 1/4 Cheeseburger (not so mini) and a big plate of fries for only $3.00. No fixins but you can add ketchup and mustard to taste. I suggest adding some sweet tea vodka with water on the rocks to wash it all down. The $3.00 price is only during happy hour.

This is an all around good restaurant and bar. I enjoy Sundays with wing and fish/chips specials watching football on the big couch.
