A relative Midtown newbie but a Houston institution (its original location still stands on Washington Avenue), Christian's is most famous for serving up meaty, greasy burgers and ice-cold beer. The Midtown locale's interior is stocked with plenty of TVs tuned into everything from sports to sitcoms to the Cartoon Network, while the large U-shaped bar has plenty of beer and liquor to satisfy the happy-hour business crowd.
