Happy Labor Day! 5 Great Union Movies
Today is Labor Day, the day on which we honor working men and women across the country with a well-earned day off. Unless, of course, they are working Labor Day sales. In which case, better luck next year.
So not everyone actually gets a full day off. No big deal. You can still go home at the end of the day and pop in one of these great movies to get in the spirit of the day. And if you do have the day off -- you had better be on the couch with at least two other screens in front of you. None of this "getting up" to read the news business.
Here are five great movies about unions, strikes and other tributes to the working man (and woman!).
