Happy New Year: The 2013 Houston Press New Year's Eve Guide

And as this year comes to a close, we arrive at last at New Year's Eve, the day when, cold though we may be, we can put our disappointments behind us, revel in our victories and look forward to even better times. Once again, here is our annual list of restaurants, clubs and bars that can help transport you into 2014 with a smile and in style.
