Radio Station Houston 2006 -
forget mega 101 its all about 102.9 pura musica chingona no pedasos de caga**s mega 101 its the same songs every day at the same time
Witheld - Your comments reflect a huge misunderstanding of the Hispanic market. Yes, the DJs can barely speak Spanish but there is nothing wrong with that. They are part of a subset of the Hispanic market that is more acculturated. This segment of the Hispanic market experiences a strong desire to identify themselves with their roots. There is a retro effect.
Mega 101 latino and proud is such a awesome station ce chido. You should play supr mer ka 2 more often thy are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do like the radio station because I think it is the only radio station that plays salsa and merengue. However, I agree with the comment left above about the DJ's Spanish. I do love Carmen though ;o)
What is funny about this whole "Latino & Proud" motto they have is how "unLatino" the DJs can be. Most of them can't even speak proper Spanish. And those that do speak Spanish mostly have really, really bad American Accents.
