The worst pool service we have ever had. They cracked my DE filter and even left the pool on backwash when they left. Thank goodness I happened to go into the back yard and hear the sucking sound or they would have ruined my pump motor too!The owner's wife was apologetic when I called, but referred me to David (owner), who was rude when I finally heard from him.They cannot perform routine maintenance properly and from the comments here, they certainly seem to be unable to do pool renovations properly either.
I had a terrible experience with this company. They worked on my pool and clogged my filter. I had to pay $1500 in additional repairs to to fix the problem that his employee caused.
After using the drain pipe for my pool for more than 12 years, after I paid David's Pools & Spas over $3,000 to replaster my pool, I found the drainpipe to be clogged. David denied that his workers could possibly have anything to do with it and refused to even look at it.Spend $3,000 and any problems THEY cause become YOUR problems. He suggested I call a plumber to clean out the drain and hung up on me. I paid Roto-Rooter $150 to clean out the pipe and they found it to be full of plaster. David's workers also burned out my pool motor and the pool light by running them dry... another $400. cost to me that David refused to accept responsibility for. Rude & unprofessional and not even a particularly good plaster job. Many rough spots.

His workers clogged my drainpipe with plaster, burned out my pump by running it dry and burned out the pool light by turning it on when the pool was empty. Total additional cost to me - over $500 and David denied responsibility for any of it.Not even a particularly good plaster job. Many rough spots.
This Pool company was the worse experience I have ever had with a company before. Do not use tem if you a single woman, David has issues with women.
