Viet Hoa is the Fiesta of Asian supermarkets and a pure delight for seekers of groceries and colorful oddities alike. It's big, it's clean and on any given day, you can find silk flowers, flip-flops and thousand-year-old eggs within a few steps of each other. The back wall is covered with tanks full of unusual sea creatures and case after case of fresh fish. If seafood isn't your thing, the array of roasted and barbecued meats could turn a vegetarian carnivorous. On the way out, a dizzying and attractive selection of jellied products is tempting enough to make you want to eat white fungus and mung bean...and like it.
It's 100% exactly how the Viet Hoa have been treating disrespectful their customers, their management is unprofessional business, they only want to make money and forget who support their business. they should be educated in program how to run professional business, the owner, managers and employees should learn how to perform right services and how to respect customers if who are their loyal , good supporters.

Viet Hoa is a terrible food market. I have shopped there before because of the good comments that I saw online, but when I went there, it was terrible. The market stinks from the entrance door through the back. The employees there were rude and disrespectful. I have never seen a smile on their face nor heard them greet their customers. Even the manager and owner have bad attitudes towards their customers. Viet Hoa Food Market sells food products that are expired! Their prices are NOT cheaper than other food markets nor better(worse actually). Although they promise refund for bad quality products, they NEVER keep their promise. A friend of mine brought a bag of rice home and found there were many bugs in it. They immediately went back to Viet Hoa Food Market for exchange or refund, but unfortunately they were denied and called liars by the manager and even the boss! Shopping at Viet Hoa Food Market only makes your day worse . Viet Hoa NEVER admits their mistakes and only blames and argues with their customers. I shopped at Viet Hoa a few times and those were the worse grocery shoppping experience. I would NEVER go there again! There are many wonderful food markets in town and there is definitely no need to do business with a company that have terrible service and does NOT carry good quality products!
