When it comes to a cleaning service awards seem to be few and far between. Congratulations! It's also great to hear about a cleaning company using green products. That helps the environment so much.

I almost didn't use this company after reading these reviews, however they came highly recommended and I'm glad I chose this company. First they were very cute and professional. I felt like friends were at my home. Three ladies arrived and they were very professional and new what they were there to do. My house was cleaned from top to bottom. The young lady in the office who took my appointment was very friendly and she called the next day to follow up see if I was satisfied with the service. They even gave me $10.00 off my next visit just for using them again. My husband even commented on how nice they were and how clean the houe was. We have committed to a bi-weekly schedule and I'm sure we won't have any regrets. Thank you Two Girls and A Broom you are good.

Good morning Houston, now I don't know what was going on with these people in 2008 but I've been a customer of Two Girls and A Broom since November of 2008 and I can't imagine switching to a new company. First let me say Ms. Lisa is a wonderful person, she always going the extra mile for her customer and its a real joy to have her clean my home. But the ladies who come out are also nice and professional, I haven't seen anyone who resembles a man, but if she did she is probably just as nice. Lets talk about there work and not their look, the do a really good job and I went through lots of cleaning companies before I found them. My house always smells good, and they do pay attention to details. I know having a business is hard and you can't please everyone, but Ms. Lisa keep up the good work.

They started out okay, had a few times that I needed to call & inform owner of areas not cleaned. Once they showed up over 5 hours late. Owner has a good concept, but I got tired of the excuses & unprofessionalism. There was always something they forgot to do or just didn't do at all. It got extremely frustrating. In these economic times, instead of having to deal with half addressed services that should be done whole and correct the first time that I'm paying my hard earned money for, I'd rather sacrifice my time & do it myself & save the money. Again, good concept, but go back & revisit the way a quality business is conducted with a business in the same industry as yours that's been around for 5 yrs or more. What a disappointment....

I've personally worked for this company! The company is not only a company that takes pride in there work but we also enjoy doing so! And for most people, this is a means to start over in life if they have had "problems in the past." And for the next person, don't judge a person by the way they look and they probably wouldn't have an attitude... Good Job Ms. Howard

I was not pleased with the service I received. The girls that came into my home had a very bad attitude and I could hear them mumbling about my home. I was afraid for my safety because on was built like a man and she kept fumbling around with things in my kitchen. I'm very happy that I do have protection in my home called Smith & Wesson though. Please do not refer this company to anyone.
