I moved here from the East Coast with three cats and a dog, all much beloved. I LOVE this vet, I love their care, their professionalism, their gentleness with my cats (haven't had the dog there yet) and everything about them. I have complete peace of mind that my fur babies are in good hands!
Best Vet - 2008
West Alabama Animal Clinic
Dr. Danielle Rosser brings her golden retriever to work every day. Lucky dog. The homey atmosphere, friendly staff and fat cats lounging on the counter create an old-time ambience, but the new two-story, state-of-the-art, $1.5 million building next to the original clinic is nothing but high-tech animal health care. Need a DNA test to determine your mutt's heritage? Done. Doggie needs dental work? Done. Boarding your pup or cat? Check them into the new clinic's facilities for a relaxing stay. There's grooming, day care and behavioral medicine — everything for the pampered pet in your life.
UPDATE TO PREVIOUS POST - I received both an e-mail and personal phone call first thing this morning from Dr. Rosser and was reassured by their quick and heartfelt response.
I was very excited to try this vet based on the Houston Press recommendation! My dog was bleeding tonight and I called to see if they had an emergency service. I was told they did and that a vet would call me back ASAP. 4 hours later - no call back. I'm glad I found someplace else or my dog would still be bleeding.
