I have been visiting Sabine River cafe quite a bit in the past few months...and I LOVE them. The Armadillo eggs are to die for and I cant wait to try something new tonight. YES...tonight.

From breakfast burritos to biscuits and jalapeño cream gravy to pecan waffles shaped like Texas, Sabine has it all. And for those who need a little Cajun first thing in the morning, order up the all-Cajun breakfast, complete with andouille smoked sausage and a beignet covered with powdered sugar and honey.

We apologize for any misunderstanding. Our website is under construction with an updated menu and hours of operation. We are open for breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Went to check out the restaurant this morning and found that it did not open till 11A. Along with this review their home website also boasts a 7AM opening time. Did I miss something?
I understand, I am in the distinct minority, I love flavorful food, rich smooth coffee, but unlike the majority of Houstonians, the cajun fare is a little much for my tastebuds! Surely, surely...there are a few other citizens who prefer their level of spice as I do ??? I would love to see you rate a tasty breakfast place in town that is not mainly cajun.
