I disagree with Mister Car Wash being awarded best car wash in Houston. I used to be a loyal customer (went there for over 10 yrs) because they did a decent job. However, I stopped going once I all my money and purse stolen from this car wash. I realize my error in judgement for not remembering to bring my purse inside. However, I had hoped the management would have dealt with the situation better. The management (Alberto and Mark) promised to speak with the employee and deal with the situation. I've called them more than 3x over the last month and the management "forgot" about it. Poor service and I will never go back there again since they have bad employees and they don't wish to correct the situation.
