Playboy, Erin Andrews and a Humble Request to See Jake Gyllenhaal Hit On His Sister
Well, the election resultsare in
, and the winner is Erin Andrews.
That’s right, according to the good folks at Playboy, it appears Erin Andrews is the hottest sportscaster babe of them all. But kids, don’t get your hopes up. There’s nothing to indicate that Ms. Andrews will grace the inside pages of the magazine in that same level of undress as former candidate Lisa Guerrero (image not safe for work) or Shana Hiatt (image also not safe for work), who was a candidate this year. There’s also nothing to indicate that she will be inclined to display her assets in Maxim as did the previous winner of this contest, Jill Arrington.
The results shouldn’t be a surprise. Erin Andrews is an attractive woman. But I’m disappointed that, despite all of my work, Suzy Kolber didn’t win the vote. Though, according to the magazine, she did receive a sizeable number of write-in votes, and I’d like to think that was more than just me and Joe Namath casting our ballots.
Speaking of Suzy Kolber, it’s being reported that a biopic is being made about Joe Namath, the man who did more than anyone else to make Suzy a household name. Jake Gyllenhaal, for some reason, has been cast as Joe Namath. I’m sorry, but I don’t see Mr. Brokeback as Joe Namath. But like many, I’m curious as to who will be cast as Suzy when they recreate that famous “I want to kiss you” moment. There’s a guy at SI.com suggesting Cobie Smulders of How I Met Your Mother. For kinky purposes, I’d like to throw out the name of Maggie Gyllenhaal. Let Jake come on to his sister. Besides, they’re actors known for weird roles. I’m sure they’d get into it.
But anyway, congratulations to Erin Andrews, Playboy’s sexiest TV sports babe. – John Royal
