2011 Texas Yoga Conference
The 2011 Texas Yoga Conference is coming to Houston, with a bigger and better schedule than before. Boasting 72 sessions led by yoga instructors from around the world, the conference is a perfect opportunity for yoga practitioners, from novice to experienced, to hone their craft. The weekend also features an impressive lineup of live music from local and nationally recognized artists. The headlining act is MC Yogi (a yoga teacher himself). 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. University of St. Thomas, 4000 Mt. Vernon.
