Lyricist Alan Jay Lerner and composer Frederick Loewe, the talents behind the magical musicals Brigadoon and My Fair Lady, also created the romantic Camelot. The story of a love triangle between King Arthur, his beloved Queen Guenevere and the brave knight Sir Lancelot, Camelot features the theater classics "If Ever I Would Leave You," "How to Handle a Woman" and "I Wonder What the King Is Doing Tonight." There are no happy endings in Camelot, but there's a great score, and this Masquerade Theatre production should make good use of it. 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 2 p.m. Sundays. Through February 28. Hobby Center, 800 Bagby. For information, call 713-315-2525 or visit www.masqueradetheatre.com. $36.25 to $66.25.
Fridays-Sundays. Starts: Feb. 19. Continues through Feb. 28, 2010
