Many acclaimed comic writers and artists are attending, including Christopher Yost, who gave Houston its first superhero this year in the form of the Scarlet Spider. The series follows a reformed clone of Peter Parker as he brutally protects Houston from a rogues’ gallery that sees the city as easy pickings without a large superhuman presence.
Be sure to catch matches by the International Quidditch Association.
