Ruby Nelda Perez brings the one-woman show Doña Rosita's Jalapeño Kitchen to Talento Bilingue de Houston today. Written by Rodrigo Duarte-Clark, the comedy is the story of Doña Rosita, who is thinking about closing down her restaurant to make way for a new shopping mall.
