Playwright Leighza Walker's drama Fishing focuses on the friendship between Grant (Michael Weems) and Meg (Mischa Hutchings). The trouble is that Grant's wife, Dana (Margaret Lewis), isn't quite buying the ''we're just friends'' bit. Issues of trust and commitment, and the rewards and perils of intimacy, are explored from a variety of viewpoints. Gina Williamson and Eddie Rodriguez round out the cast. Walker, managing director of Obsidian Art Space in the Heights and an actor, tackles directing duties for Fishing, making its world premiere here.
Thursdays-Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Mon., Jan. 28, 8 p.m. Starts: Jan. 17. Continues through Feb. 2, 2013
