Flying Karamazov Brothers
We deeply miss the Flaming Idiots, but since we can’t have them, a great alternative is the comedy juggling act the Flying Karamazov Brothers. The group has been a smash success on Broadway, and has performed on Ellen and Seinfeld. The Karamazovs’ juggling show is nonstop entertainment, including a famous trick in which they begin by juggling a cleaver, a torch, a salt shaker, a ukulele, a skillet, a fish, an egg, a block of dry ice and a bottle of champagne, only to end up cooking the fish and egg in the skillet and drinking the champagne, all while juggling. Audience members are even encouraged to bring objects from home for use in the show. 7:30 p.m. Jones Hall, 615 Louisiana. For information, call 713-227-4772 or visit www.spahouston.org. $30 to $55.
