Taste the culinary creations from a James Beard Award finalist when Executive Chef Bruno Davaillon of Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas demonstrates some of his favorite recipes. Davaillon will pay tribute to classic Texas dishes but put a sophisticated twist on each of them. For example, cantaloupe may not sound adventurous, but put it in a chilled soup with grapefruit, watermelon and goat cheese, and those sweet slices take on a different flavor.
