Jeffrey Becom: "Mirage: Images from India"
The explosion of color in Jeffrey Becom's latest exhibition of photographs, "Mirage: Images from India", gloriously emphasizes the architectural richness found in India. From painted red pillars marking a mustard and sky blue doorway to an orange shrine framed in lime green and found on a saffron-colored wall, Becom's photographs of India are inspiring. You can meet the artist at the opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, September 11. Regular gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays. Through October 16. Free.
Tuesdays-Saturdays, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Starts: Sept. 11. Continues through Oct. 16, 2010
