Kindness and Courage on Death Row
Author Thomas Cahill will discuss one mans experience with the Texas justice system at Kindness and Courage on Death Row today. Based on his newly released book, A Saint on Death Row, Cahills talk recounts the life of Texas inmate Dominique Green. Just 18 when he was convicted for murdering a man in Houston, Green spent 12 years on death row. Despite pleas from hundreds of supporters including Desmond Tutu and the victims family, he was executed in 2004.
