Mixers, Elixirs & IMAX
Prepare for a British Invasion invasion. The Houston Museum of Natural Sciences Mixers, Elixirs & IMAX will be taken over by local cover band Picture Book. As patrons dance and dine under dino skeletons, the five-piece group will charm them with a catalogue of hits from The Kinks, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Who and a few other bands with English accents.
Attendees will also have a chance to see IMAX flicks including Grand Canyon 3D, Galapagos 3D and Dinosaurs 3D. Its all coming atcha (both literally and through red-and-blue-lens technology) from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. One Hermann Circle Drive.
