Okay, Better, Best

Sam Martinez directs the world premiere of Okay, Better, Best, a feisty comedy by Michael Weems. A battle of the sexes set in a New York bar, Okay follows a group of women who, offended by the treatment they've received at the hands of callous men, are out for a little revenge. The problem is that the men in the bar, feeling exactly the same way, have come up with a similar plot. Weems explores gender roles in postfeminist times through humor sprinkled with poignancy.
