Paper Ballet: Kelly Price-Colston
Chaos theory tells us that while some things might seem random, nothing actually is. We learn the same thing in the exhibit Paper Ballet: Kelly Price-Colston. Press materials for the show indicate the exhibit is about questioning the ballet of chaos that surrounds us in the modern world. Price-Colstons paintings, which often feature seemingly random symbols mixed with haphazard graffiti, include a variety of techniques such as collage and digitally altered photos. Price-Colston calls her style of work artkunt and pre-fab, among other things. Well settle for outsider. 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, 2 to 9 p.m. Saturdays. Through February 27.
