Ringling Bros. And Barnum & Baily: Fully Charged
No one does circus better than the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey. The current show, Fully Charged, features the return of the one and only Tabayara, whose ability to work with white tigers, horses and his newly added Asian elephants borders on the telepathic. His latest act, featuring his new pachyderm friends, is a fully choreographed dance, with the largest living land mammal in a light-footed display of musical gaiety.
Or if you prefer laughing in the face of danger, you might enjoy the inhuman velocity of Brian Miser. A human cannonball is one thing, but launching yourself at 80 miles an hour from a homemade crossbow while on fire is quite another.
But even Miser pales in comparison to the dangers faced by the Fernandez Brothers, who maneuver inside spinning wheels of steel, high up in the air. See all this and much, much more at 1:30 and 5:30 p.m. today. Various times daily. July 12 through July 29. Reliant Stadium, One Reliant Park.
July 12-29, 2012
