Taylor-Wood is known for her work with celebrities. She did a portrait of a sleeping super-soccer-star David Beckham, which was commissioned by the National Portrait Gallery, and her series Crying Men features actors such as Laurence Fishburne, Ed Harris and Benicio del Toro in moments of sorrow.
In Hysteria, Taylor-Wood displays her ability to capture emotion in motion. The video chronicles a womans tumultuous descent from elation to depression.
