One of the top acts on the Houston scene for the past 12 years, Sisters Morales (Lisa and Roberta) have recently relocated to the San Antonio area. Since forming Sisters Morales in 1989, theyve put out three solid albums and toured the world, and they continue to pack almost every venue they play. There was even a time in the mid-90s when it looked like they were going to break out nationally, but illness and hard knocks intervened. These days, they vary their stellar roots-rock act (anchored by ace guitarist David Spencer) with forays into Spanish-language shows. The sisters will no doubt cover material from their 2002 album Para Gloria in this en español doubleheader.
