Guests can select the Romantic Couples menu, featuring ricotta gnocchi gratin and spiced chocolate fondue; Friends With Benefits, which includes a Ménage à Trois dessert of crème brûlée, pot de crème and a fruit tart; or It’s Complicated, featuring clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops and foie gras. Houstonians have the option to pre-order flowers and specialty chocolate boxes with your dinner. This is available to order and pickup on Thursday, February 8 through Wednesday, February 14 with a 24-hour notice. In the restaurant, diners will also receive complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries and have the opportunity to pre-order flowers and a box of specialty chocolates to be on your table when you arrive. In addition, B&B is offering a few special menu items including a Seared Foie Gras appetizer for $16, Mini Surf & Turf (five-six ounce lobster tail and a 10 ounce filet) for $69, and Red Velvet Cake with a white chocolate heart for dessert for $9.

Tony Mandola’s is combining Mardi Gras and Valentine’s Day, offering a New Orleans inspired three-course menu from Friday, February 9 through Wednesday, February 14. Cost is for $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity, with choices ranging from seafood gumbo and lobster fra-diavlo to wood-grilled tenderloin an red velvet brownie a la mode.

Located in the magnificently lit and decorated courtyard of River Oaks District, this stylish French cafe will offer a special dinner menu featuring asparagus cream soup topped with ruffle coulis and brioche croutons, jumbo lump crab cakes with petite salad and espellette aioli, seared halibut over a hazelnut risotto, filet mignon with roasted potatoes, onions, mushrooms and a truffle sauce, and finished with a decadent chocolate tart with raspberries and rose flower cream. Reservations will be accepted from Monday, February 12 through Wednesday, February 14. On the night of Valentine's Day, Toulouse will have live music in the courtyard from 7 to 11 p.m.

Celebrate your Valentine with the “Cupid’s Feast of Love” special, available Tuesday, February 13 through Thursday, February 15, from 5 to 9 p.m. The feast (65, plus tax and gratuity) includes a shared appetizer, two entrees from the Dinner Plates Menu or two orders from the Signature Sliders Menu, and a shared dessert paired with a bottle of wine or sparkling wine. Reservations are not accepted.
