7/7 or July 7th is known as 7's day to car enthusiasts to celebrate Mazda's dear RX-7, a very unique car that used the even more unique rotary engine.
7's day is actually celebrated around the world when it started in different parts of Japan. There are 7's day events in NYC and cali, but nothing in between. Final Form USA™ plans to host Texas' first 7's day because we feel like the third coast needs proper representation. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Mazda's Rotary engine so in addition to RX-7's, which were discontinued in North America in 1995, we are having all sorts of rotary powered vehicles on display at the Esplanade located in the heart of east downtown. We will have many cars on display that have never seen the light of day in 10+ years, and of course we will have many people in attendance including people who are jus plain curious about Mazda's creation.
