As a fitting tie-in with the museum's WWII exhibit "Vedem," they're screening wartime flicks during August, September and October. First up is spy thriller Anthropoid, based on the true story of a mission to assassinate SS General Reinhard Heydrich, the main architect behind the Final Solution and acting Reichsprotektor of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Operation Anthropoid was a top-secret mission led by self-exiled Czech and Slovak soldiers (Cillian Murphy and Jamie Dornan) that changed the course of history. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. 7 p.m. August 11. 4920 San Jacinto. For information, call 713-528-2060 or visit czechcenter.org. Free.
