Breathing for Presence: Embodying the Essence of Life

Breathing is living. Yet, many of us engage only a fraction of our breathing capacity. In this self-care workshop, we explore a variety of breathing practices that help us connect with our untapped sensory-kinesthetic, perceptual, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual resources. Through fuller, deeper breathing, our bodies release psychological patterns that are no longer beneficial, and we experience greater self- and other-awareness. As we integrate enhanced breathing into our daily lives, we are better able to regulate and maintain centeredness, groundedness, and presence, and we are more attuned to our inner wisdom and potential.
