We'll show you this classic French dish, kicked up Texas style!) - Thai Green Curry with Crispy Tofu (lemongrass, Thai basil, cilantro, garlic, lime, so fresh and frangrant!) - Grilled Mushroom Fettucine (once you try oyster, shitake, and cremini's this way, you will never want to cook them any differently) - Sauteed Fennel and Cherry Tomatoes (with kalamata olives, white wine, and thyme) - Herb identification and choosing - Spice identification and choosing
