Although not listed here, this class is also offered at 12-1 pm. Experience the ingenious Awareness Through Movement® sequences created by Moshe Feldenkrais to improve posture, imagination, and personal awareness. An experience for body and mind, gentle, minimal movements are intended to bring our attention back to ourselves and create new possibilities of movement and awareness. Many experience deep relaxation — and lightness — and benefit from a broadened range of motion and outlook. Please wear warm comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided.
