The exhibit opens on Saturday, October 14, from 6-8 p.m. at The Silos at Sawyer Yards’ Gallery 200, located at 1502 Sawyer Street, in the center atrium. It will remain on display through December 27.
Mary Aldrich will present a series of sculptures inspired by Edouard Manet’s painting, “Olympia.”
Tanna Bennett’s installation will explore the way in which humans work for and against nature and the environment.
Vivian Pastor’s work investigates the plight of the honeybee and the vital role it plays in sustaining nature.
Damon Thomas combines handmade clay figures with found industrial relics to create artworks that explore the emotional range of the human condition.
