Pioneer Electronics recently announced its Safe and Sound tour – an initiative to educate teens across the country on ways to make driving safer and fun. Pioneer will be at Sante Fe High School to demo its safe driving products – such as its latest NEX models. Automotive retailer Car Tunes will offer product demos during the varsity football game, and present Sante Fe High School with a check donation during the game’s halftime show. By partnering with 45 high schools across the nation, Pioneer will have the opportunity to prove that there’s a smarter and safer way to use smartphones in the car by showcasing its in-dash technologies – including its latest NEX models that are both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatible. Pioneer will also showcase its TS-D component speaker, shallow subwoofer and new 5-channel amplifier, and is offering the families at the games the opportunity to receive discounted products and/or free basic installations offered by the local retailer. Pioneer will also give back to the communities by making a cash contribution to the participating schools.
