Once a year some of the world’s most influential thinkers and doers come to TED to explore the ideas that shape our present and future. This April, TED comes to cinema audiences throughout the U.S.
Three events from the sold-out TED2017 Conference in Vancouver, Canada, themed “The Future You,” will be broadcast to movie theaters across North America. TED Cinema Experience invites audiences across the U.S. to watch as extraordinary speakers give the talk of their lives and share new ideas worth spreading live from the TED stage. In keeping with TED2017’s theme, this year’s speakers and performers will unveil the freshest ideas and insights to help ask the questions about our future selves that we often don’t have time for.
TED Cinema Experience, presented by Fathom Events and BY Experience, will be shown live in U.S. cinemas on Monday, April 24, 2017 and Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. ET/ 7:00 p.m. CT/ 6:00 p.m. MT/ tape-delayed to 8:00 p.m. PT and on a captured basis to U.S. cinemas on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. ET/ 3:00 p.m. CT/ 2:00 p.m. MT/ tape-delayed to 4:00 p.m. PT.
