Whodunnit? Writing Mysteries & Crime Novels

Fort Bend County Libraries will present a special program for aspiring writers, “Whodunnit? Writing Mysteries & Crime Novels,” on Saturday, November 11, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, in the Meeting Room of the First Colony Branch Library, 2121 Austin Parkway in Sugar Land. A panel of Houston-area authors who are members of the Houston Writers Guild will talk about the unique elements of writing mysteries and crime novels. A question-and-answer session will follow the panel discussion. The Houston Writers Guild is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging a community of writers of all skill levels. Members of the group represent many genres and stages of careers. The workshop is free and open to the public.
